Ted Dibiase & Cody Rhodes vs Randy Orton
Orton jumps Legacy from behind on their way down the ramp, then jumps in the ring and awaits them as we go to commercial.

We’re back from commercial and the bells rings to start the match. Cody starts with Randy, and it looks like we’re doing tag rules for this handicap match. Cody takes Randy to the corner and puts the boots to him, but Orton turns it around and goes to work on Cody, whipping him into the ropes and catching him with an elbow. Now, Legacy was able to beat Triple H 2-on-1 so it stands to reason they ought to be able to handle Orton…right? Dibiase tags in and lays in some rights to Orton, but Orton catches Dibiase coming off the ropes with a clothesline and Dibiase backs off. Legacy confers in the corner before Cody tags back in and takes a boot to the gut from Orton, who then whips Cody into the corner, but eats elbow on a charge and Dibiase gets a cheapshot on Orton from the outside. Rhodes lays in a couple of shots on Orton and goes for a cover, but only gets one. Orton backdrops Rhodes over the top and Dibiase tries to sneak in from behind, but Orton catches him and Dibiase hightails it to the floor and Orton stands alone in the ring as we go to commercial.

Sheamus (C) vs. Triple H vs. John Cena vs. Randy Orton vs. Ted DiBiase vs. Kofi Kingston - WWE Championship Elimination Chamber Match
Justin Roberts runs down the rules of the match, John Cena’s music hits, and he is the first man to make his way down to the ring. Cena makes his way into one of the ringside pods, and the referee locks him up. Dibiase is the next man announced, and he makes his way to the ring to a bit of heat. Randy Orton is the third man to make his way to the ring, to a big pop from the crowd. Dibiase stares down Orton from his pod. Triple H is the fourth man announced, and the final man who will be entering a pod, so we know it will be Sheamus and Kofi starting things off tonight. Just a quick personal comment here, Matt Striker is an amazing commentator. We’re not 15 minutes into the PPV and he’s already putting Cole and Lawler to shame. Kofi Kingston is the final challenger to enter the fray. He comes out to a nice reception, leaving only the Champion yet to enter. The WWE Champion Sheamus is out finally, only about 13 minutes into the PPV. Sheamus gets a little bit of heat, but honestly, it seems like even less than Dibiase. Sheamus shows off his belt to everyone locked in the pods, taunting his challengers. The door is closed and locked, and this one is ready to begin.

Sheamus goes for the big kick right off the bat, but Kofi moves and comes back with a flurry of offense of his own. Kofi hits a crossbody for a near fall, and a beautiful dropkick for another near fall. Kofi works over Sheamus with a series of fairly stiff kicks, but it’s still not enough to keep the Champion down. Sheamus comes back with a clubbing blow across Kofi’s back and a knee to the head. Sheamus hits a European uppercut, but Kofi is quick to fight back. Kofi kicks Sheamus square in the chest, but he immediately falls victim to a back elbow and a big shoulder block. Sheamus tries to hip toss Kofi over the ropes, but Kofi lands on his feet, delivers and enzugiri, and executes a springboard crossbody that’s good for a two count. Sheamus reverses a whip into the corner, but he walks right into a big kick from Kofi. Sheamus takes Kofi down to the mat and pounds away on him, he tries for a quick pin, but he can’t hold Kingston down for three. Sheamus tries to choke Kingston and rub his face into the mat. Kofi rolls to the outside and Sheamus follows. Kofi is able to put up a bit of a fight, but Sheamus backs him up into one of the pods and put him down. Sheamus hits a uranage backbreaker, but it’s still not good enough for three.
